2. RM4.00 for product(s) dimensions LESS than 300mm x 240mm x 10mm thick and weight below 500gram.

Shipping Charges

1. Singapore : a) Registered Mail : RM3.50+ (RM1.00 X 10 gram) or b) Courier Service : RM 22.00
2. UK(London) : a) Registered Mail : RM3.50 + (RM1.50 X 10gram) or b) Courier Service : RM66.00

Delivery Charges is waived for purchase above RM 100.00

Correction Charge: Please make sure your ship to address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. Courier now charges for address corrections and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card when it is billed to us. NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable.

Please note that any additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Time of Delivery
PROCESSING TIME: In most cases, your order will be sent out the next day of the payment made, if payment made before 2pm PST & items are in stock (personal check orders are held for 10 working days for check clearance).

TRANSIT TIME: Orders shipped via Courrier Service will take as long as 3 working days. Orders shipped via Registered Postal Service Ground usually take about a week for domestic deliveries and within two weeks for international shipments obviously, these estimates will vary greatly.
